HB 2322 is a measure we oppose, because, in its current form, it will significantly raise health care costs.

OKFAHC respectfully requests Lawmakers ensure appropriate consumer protections be added to HB 2322. As drafted, HB 2322 requires health plans to pay providers who are out-of-network directly AND allows them to balance bill the patient any amount they choose, as the current language fails to clearly prohibit balance billing practices.
