Julie McKone is the Executive Director of American Coalition For Affordable Healthcare. The mission of ACAHC is to advocate for families and businesses, addressing issues affecting the affordability of healthcare nationwide. ACAHC is committed to championing policies that diminish costs, improve accessibility, and save lives, striving to enhance the overall landscape of affordable healthcare for all Americans

An educator for over two decades, Julie’s passion has always been advocating for children and families. Her fight for affordable healthcare began after seeing the impact of rising healthcare costs on her fellow teachers, her students, and her own family.

Julie’s husband Chris is a military veteran who has been serving for over 20 years as a pilot in the US Navy. Together they have two daughters. Julie and her family enjoy spending time together, traveling and watching college football.
